I received the figs in very poor condition. They had white fungus on them, the packaging was not proper, and the fruits were crushed. Not even a single fig was good. It was a complete waste of money.
I have ordered many products from you before, but this fig order was extremely disappointing. I also tried contacting you through messages and Instagram, but I haven't received any response. Your customer support has been very disappointing as well. Please look into this issue and provide a suitable resolution.
It was good but 3 r 4 fig started rotting because of courier I think.
Packing was not proper and courier took 3 further days. Fruits were rotten

First of all packing was not at all good. Fig was Raw and could not consume. Kept outside but not getting ripened. Then kept in Fridge . within 2 days full of fungus and not even a single Fig was used. Bitter experience on this product. We had purchased other items from Dhana Foods and were really good and accordingly on the same expectation ordered Fig . But it was a great disappointment
Fully not ripped fruits given i understand due to transportation you are doing this that should be eaten within 2 days is not acceptable
Getting stale within 1 day of delivery.
The fruit was totally spoiled with fungus. We put it in dustbin. Total waste of money. When I messaged about this there was no response. If it spoils then y do you send. Very much disappointed with the poor service.
